- Returned items must be unused and unopened.

If you would like to return your item, please contact heather@blushingblondesalon.com or submit a contact form on blushingblondesalon.com. In your contact message, include your order number or proof of purchase as well as your reason for issuing the return. A representative will contact you with return approval and instructions.
After your item is received by Blushing Blonde Salon, a refund will be issued to you within 5 business days. Additional processing time is based on your bank's processing time.
If your return is considered a special exception such as shipping issues or an incorrect/defective item being shipped to you, a full refund or exchange will be issued following proof of mistake, no return needed. Please contact customer service if you feel a mistake was made with your order.
